 * Seems there was some type of update with jquery coding and the short code no 
   longer works on our site. Is there any fix or update for this?

 * I have the same problem.
    I am using [cardoza_wp_poll id=1] in a post but only
   the title shows up.
 * Not sure whether it is Jquery related?
