There isn’t an inbuilt way to have option selections along with the `add to cart` shortcode. However, considering how you are trying to show your products, it may be worth checking out [Product Table for WooCommerce](https://woocommerce.com/products/product-table-for-woocommerce/). With this plugin, you can list products in a table as well as allow customers to select options on one page.
