 * All short codes are not arriving in the email. The formatting is not working.
   How can we solve this?

 * Hi [@gennarovela](https://wordpress.org/support/users/gennarovela/), sorry to
   hear about the issue with the shortcodes not working. Are you using the standard
   invoice templates in the plugin or have you made some custom ones for invoicing?
 * It could also be a plugin conflict too. Do the invoices contain the expected 
   information when Sprout Invoices is the only plugin activated on your website?
