# Short code with layout

 * Hello I’m testing using short code to display specific category and it’s sub 
   categories along with the listings in those categories.
 * It is working OK but I’ve noticed that each sub category is a single column and
   the full width of the page. Is there a way I can make it so I change the number
   of columns e.g. so I can have 4 columns?

 * HI yandoos,
 * Right now, AWPCP supports a single column in the list view layout regardless 
   of whether it’s in the shortcodes for categories or the main display.
 * That’s something we can better address once our custom post type release is complete,
   which we’re working on now. I don’t have a firm timeframe on it, because it’s
   a big release with lots of things to test/fix.
