I think the big pile of errors is related to a bug I just fixed in 4.0.1. That should (I think) solve it. Update should be out by Monday.
As for the shortcode, if you’re using 4.0 and the admin dashboard icon is a palm tree, just use [seamless-donations] on a page and the form will show up. Be sure NOT to use spaces between the brackets and around the dash, or the shortcode won’t trigger.
Before 4.0 (and if 4.0 is operating in legacy mode for people with earlier versions of the plugin who upgraded), the [dgx-donate] shortcode generated the form. That shortcode is now deprecated.
