 * Sorry to hear you’re having trouble viewing the directory. I’ll need a bit more
   information to determine your problem. Can you please go to the DUD settings 
   page, set the debug mode to “on,” and then attempt to view the directory again?
 * You should see a lot of debug data on the screen. Please copy and paste that 
   into an email and send to [sarah@sgcustomwebsolutions.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/shortcode-536/sarah@sgcustomwebsolutions.com?output_format=md)
   so I can see how you’re set up.
