# Shortcode and HTML not working

* I have tried every way I can think of to insert the shortcode for my social media
icons into my homepage, but it never shows up. What am I doing wrong?

* Those are them – I can also see them by mobile and in Edge, but they don’t show
up in Chrome. Any ideas? I’ve cleared my cache and done everything I can think
of, but they don’t show up in Chrome.

* We can see them in Chrome. Did you also try an incognito window in Chrome?

* Yes, that works! Thanks. Still don’t know why I can’t see them in regular Chrome.
