# Shortcode are grey: doesn’t run

 * Hi there!
   I’ve been using plugin for a while and today I noticed that all shortcodes
   are grey, then countdowns aren’t loaded on web pages.Any suggestions?

   I threw away some unused plugin and updated the 
   builder and it works fine again.Thanks for the support.
