 * it’s a nice plugin. But is there a shortcode available because I want to place
   the pdf button on particulare pages?

 * Hello,
    I really like your plugin. But I am not able to get the buttons to appear
   next to each other horizontally like you show in your screen shots. My buttons
   always appear one on top of the other. It is driving me crazy;

 * You don’t need a shortcode really. Just uncheck all placement boxes in plugin
   settings and add a trigger in your template to get the post printed:
 * `<a href="<?php the_permalink() ?>&print=print"><img src="img/print.png" alt="
   Print"></a>`
 * or to get it exported as PDF:
 * `<a href="<?php the_permalink() ?>&print=pdf"><img src="img/pdf.png" alt="PDF"
   ></a>`
