 * Hi There,
 * If you are using the Guttenberg editor, you can see the FAQ block in it. We also
   have an integration with Elementor page builder where you can see our Helpie 
   FAQ widget in it.
 * The shortcode builder might not be seen in the classic editor. We already have
   this bug in our bug tracker. I will also notify our development team regarding
   this once again. I will make sure to let you know when I have news from them.
