shortcode code is visible in blog post

Hi there, I created a custom shortcode using the Maker add-on for an email opt-in form.

I added the shortcode to the bottom of a blog post and the form is showing up fine.

However, the shortcode itself is visible right underneath:
http://topflightfamily.com/crystal-wine-decanter/

How can I ensure that doesn’t happen?

Btw I’m using Visual Composer on this site. Just in case that has any effect on this.
