shortcode content executes OUTSIDE cell

Hello,

I’m creating image slider with bootstrap markup and then adding a shortcode with all php for slider inside tiny-mce widget. But slider html generates outside the panel cell and after it there is siteorigin row with a normal cell. It’s strange cause’ on the same page I use another shortcode for post grid and it stays inside panel cell. Any suggestions how I can fix this?

I checked my css and applied clearfix for floating problems. Except the cell height where the slider should be is not 0px but strange 16px… Any help would be very appreciated!
