   there has been an issue with my account here and I’ve only just regained access.
 * This issue can have a variety of causes, so I would recommend checking the “Retrieved
   Data” as your first step. Does this show the reviews that you’re expecting?
 * There is a preference you may set for retrieving reviews either by “relevance”
   or “newest”. The default option is “relevance”, so this will not always return
   the latest review, particularly if it is empty or very short.
 * And, at any time, you may use the HTML Import to fill in the catalogue of reviews
   including those that have just landed.
 * Clearing the cache should not be required. The page cache will inhibit new reviews
   for a time so find a balance between the freshness of the page and the performance.
