# Shortcode doesn’t display switcher

 * Hello, I use shortcode [woo_multi_currency_layout5] and it stopped displaying
   the currency switcher. Could you please help? Thanks

 * I’ve just tested on my site and there’s no problem. On your site, I see the shortcode
   is displaying as plain text: [https://prnt.sc/Ip8ZBg3XoHyr](https://prnt.sc/Ip8ZBg3XoHyr)
 * This often happens when you disable our plugin. If enabled, when the shortcode
   is not working, normally it just show a blank space.
