# Shortcode doesnt include all the form fields

 * Hi i just tried the this plugin and i tried to use the shortcode “[email-subscribers
   namefield=”YES” desc=”” group=”Public”]”
 * it only shows the Email field. how can i add the Name field to display? is there
   a workaround or a different shortcode?
 * please help thank you.

 * Thank you for using Email Subscribers.
    Please correct your shortcode as `[email-
   subscribers namefield=YES desc=”” group=”Public”]` and check. This is the known
   issue and we will fix it in next version of Email Subscribers. Let us know how
   it goes?

 * Hello Evyosh,
 * Sorry for the inconvenience you had.
 * We have checked from our and found that if we copy shortcode and directly paste
   it into page, it’s not working.
 * We will fix this issue in the upcoming version of Email Subscribers.
 * So, if you did like this, I request you to write the same shortcode again. It
   should fix this issue.
