# shortcode doesn't work

 * I installed your amazing plugin, and everything works ok. But two day ago I have
   instaled fansybox plugin, and eazyrotator stops working. It is showing preview
   and etc. but in post I see only shortcode – [http://mafetdevserver.com/?p=91](http://mafetdevserver.com/?p=91).
   I try to delete fansybox, and easyrotator, and installed easyrotator again, but
   it isn’t help. Also I have tryed to add lightbox from [http://www.dwuser.com/education/content/adding-lightbox-integration-to-easyrotator/](http://www.dwuser.com/education/content/adding-lightbox-integration-to-easyrotator/)
   but it doesn’t work too.

 * Thanks for using EasyRotator for WordPress! I’m sorry you’re experiencing trouble.
   Please try creating a new page or post and inserting a rotator there. If the 
   problem persists, double-check that you don’t have any other conflicting plugins
   installed.

 * hello Drew, I have the same problem. I can’t use the shortcode if i post it in
   between my tabs. I have read the support center page, and i am quite confuse 
   on where to post these codes displayed on [possible issue #3](http://www.dwuser.com/support/easyrotator/kb/loading-failed/)
   
   any help is truly appreciated

 * I have tryed reinstall your plugin and now I have notification “Checking setup
   configuration… Please wait…” and this is not complete even after one hour. I 
   tryed to delete plugin and all files, and than install again. but it isn’t help.
   Plugin doesn’t show any errors, but cannot initializing
    Any idea?

 * Please download and install the editor application directly:

 * After doing this, proceed with creating a rotator regardless of whether you see
   the notification at the top. If it persists, you can dismiss it as shown here:

 * The original problem you described should be resolved by disabling the non-functional
   lightbox plugin.
