I create new form and when i paste shortcode nothing shows up (not even shortcode). When i edit post i see the shortcode is still there but on website i see nothing. * PS. Moreover the one you linked was made like that: 1. I insterted shortcode. 2. Copied code i get from shortcode. 3. I add the shortcode to a page and when that page is viewed all that appears is the shortcode. The plugin is active. I have tried adding the shortcode in multiple areas with the same result. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
