# Shortcode doesn’t work

 * I added this shortcode to my page:
 * [gfexcel_download_url id=4 type=csv]
 * And the only thing that was added on the front end is “.csv” no link or anything
   of that sorts, what is the issue?

 * Hi [@megashape](https://wordpress.org/support/users/megashape/), sorry to hear
   that. It looks like the shortcode can’t generate a URL for that ID. Could you
   edit the form, and make sure that the download url is enabled for that form? 
   It is off by default for security reasons. Perhaps you can regenerate the url.
   After that it should work.
