# Shortcode for Excerpts

 * I’m using the shortcode [tptn_list daily=”1″] in a page for a daily Top 10 list.
   I was wondering what the shortcode would need to include excerpts.
 * I tried variations of tptn_excerpt with =true =show =yes within the shortcode
   above to no avail.
 * How would I format the code in order to include the excerpts?

 * It appears Top 10 does support it but it’s a matter of finding the correct configuration
   to make it work.
 * Here is the WordPress shortcode for excerpts: [display-posts include_excerpt=”
   true”]
 * I’ve been trying multiple configurations integrating it into the [tptn_list daily
   =”1″] but nothing seems to work.
 * Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
