 * I would like to use your Reviewer plugin for wordpress. Which shortcode is necessary
   to lodge the form for the evaluations permanently on my page?
    When I use the
   code […] the form disappears after the first entry. This shouldn’t happen. Did
   I use the plugin the wrong way? I want my clients to rate my services, that’s
   why I need a permanent form.

 * I don’t understand what you need, what permanent form? Plugin doesn’t include
   any forms for users to fill. Can you explain better?
