 * I really love your plugin so far!
 * I was trying to use a custom email collection form (from ThriveHive) with shortcode
   in the Hustle pop-up text field. However it locks up my website with the shortcode
   added. Won’t show in preview either.
 * Is it possible to use a custom form with shortcode?

 * Hustle doesn’t have any limitation on using shortcodes from third-party plugins/
   themes, there are of course many of them out there so we can’t guarantee it will
   work with all of them out of the box.
 * Could you tell us a bit more about which shortcode you are using and how is it
   being added?
    Are you using a plugin like this one [https://wordpress.org/plugins/thrivehive/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/thrivehive/)
   or something else?

 * Yes, I am using that plugin on my site, but all it really does is connect my 
   site to the ThriveHive hub.
 * I have created forms in ThriveHive and used Shortcoder plugin to create the shortcode
   for them.
 * I then inserted that shortcode into the text session of the Hustle pop-up creator.
   Doing so does not work – gives results as previously described.

 * I still couldn’t try on my side because of ThriveHive doesn’t have register/try
   process as usual. But did you try that shortcode in other places on your site?
   Like in pages? Maybe the problem is not related Hustle.
