Hey Mark, we’ll get the docs updated about that, sorry. But if you choose the page that you wish to have as your payment page, and the template isn’t present, it should be added automatically. Let me know if that is not the case, but either way, the shortcode you need is [mangopay_payform] 🙂

The Payment page is not included as a template and the payment is redirected to an external URL still.
Do you have some basic instructions to get the payment page up and running?

Sorry to hear you’re having troubles setting that up. Does your payment page respond to all the security requirements (as per https://docs.mangopay.com/guide/customising-the-design)? Note that the URL will always be an external one (infact it will be the same URL whether you use a custom template or not).

We have an A star rating security certificate: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=chnew.staging.wpengine.com and cover many of the requirements here: https://docs.mangopay.com/guide/customising-the-design
But we cannot find the payment template and therefore it is not appearing after checkout.
Do you have a simple 1. 2. 3 to get the payment page up and running so that we can edit it?
