# Shortcode for Table Entry Count?

 * Is there a shortcode available that will count the number of entries in a table
   or even better ALL tables?
 * I use the table to list tournaments and i’d like a shortcode to show..
 * We have XXX tournaments listed as of right now.

 * For the number of rows, you can use the `[table-info]` Shortcode, for which you
   can find some documentation at [https://tablepress.org/faq/documentation-shortcode-table-info/](https://tablepress.org/faq/documentation-shortcode-table-info/)
   For an example, please see [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/query-number-of-rows-in-a-table?replies=17](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/query-number-of-rows-in-a-table?replies=17)
 * This will however only work for one table. Counting the rows of all tables is
   not possible.
