# Shortcode Form Not Processing

 * Hi There,
 * I am having trouble with a page that I have embedded a form into using a shortcode.
   The form displays fine but when I go to input content and press submit, the form
   simply refreshes and does not submit the content or go to the page it is suppose
   to after submitting the information. The strange part is the form works perfectly
   fine as a widget in the side bar.

 * It looks like you were able to get things resolved! Things are looking good.
 * It does look like you have a few javascript errors on the page which may prevent
   the form from functioning properly. You’ll want to get those javascript errors
   under control for things to work properly.

 * Hi Evan,
 * That is strange as it still does not work for me on my Mac. However, let me look
   into those javascript errors and hopefully that will resolve it.
