# Shortcode gallery, thumbnails gray

 * I have added the shortcode of a photo gallery to a page but the photos are not
   visible… only visible are grey thumbnails. What i’m doing wrong?

   The 
   issue you are facing seems to be caused by some sort of optimization/caching 
   plugin/service, could you please confirm if you have any ?If disabling them did
   not help, please share the page link on which you have this gallery inserted.
