# Shortcode 'Group" not working

 * Hi,
    On my website [http://newsite.conay.co.uk/faq/](http://newsite.conay.co.uk/faq/)
   I cannot get the shortcode to work properly.
 * Simply using ‘[faq]’ brings up all the FAQs (which I don’t want to happen, as
   we’re going to have two separate FAQ pages), but following what it says on the
   wikipage, I tried limiting it to a single group: ‘[faq group=”General”], but 
   it doesn’t work – nothing appears.
 * Any help?

 * Hi Conay,
 * Thank you for using my plugin and I apologize for the problem you’re having. 
   I’m not certain, but I believe that the group slug is case sensitive (“General”
   is not the same as “general”). Can you try setting it to lower-case and letting
   me know if that fixes it?

 * lol… no worries. It’s one of those silly things you don’t think about until it
   hits you. I’ll clear up my documentation on that little detail.
