 * Is this supposed to work in wp 3.2? the shortcode on a page [pl-projects id=241]
   shows nothing.

 * Yes it is. I just tested Propel 1.7.2 on a fresh install of WordPress 3.2.1 with
   the twentyeleven (and no other plugins activated) and it appears to work fine
   for me.
 * If you are able to, try disabling all other plugins and use activate the twentyten/
   twentyeleven theme. If it works, try to narrow down which plugin/theme is causing
   the problem and I will try to assist further.
 * If that does not work, is there anything unique about your WordPress install?

 * yes it does work on a clean install.
    however i was hoping this plugin would 
   allow website visitor to submit tickets (like a help desk or something) but seems
   it only for viewing?
 * thanks in anycase, looks like a great plugin, just not fitting me.
