Shortcode in classic form

I am using the classic form, I created a shortcode to output the page title(form name) but when used on the classic form, it does not render.

I have tried the legacy form and it worked fine. I prefer the classic form because of it’s styling

Is there a better way to do this where i can use the form name to customize the form text contents?
