 * The admin section of this plugin seems to work OK, but neither the default shortcode
   or a custom one does anything. The page just displays the shortcode itself.

 * How have you added the shortcode?
 * Check the page in text view and make sure it’s [qpp] and not any other format.
 * Or post a link to your site so I can take a look

 * This may be a theme problem, because I used the plugin on a different site, and
   it worked perfectly.
 * Yes, the shortcode seems OK; here’s a bit of the text view:
 *     ```
       </form>&nbsp;
       [qpp form="ThoughtyRocks"]
       [qpp]
       [/caption]
       ```
 * I created a special form for the page, but I also inserted the default shortcode
   to illustrate the problem. You can see the problem on [this page](http://www.jenniferbensonglassart.com/thoughty-rocks/).
   It’s over half way down, under a PayPal button.
 * There’s a whole mess of tags and shortcodes going on there.
 * All you need is [qpp form=”ThoughtyRocks”]
 * Make sure is it below the [/caption] as your theme man not allow nexted shortcodes.
 * Better still, create a new page and just add the shortcode to make sure its all
   working.
 * Thanks, aerin! Placing it below the [/caption] did the trick.
 * Your suggestion to have a test page is also appreciated because it avoids loading
   a product page for each tweak.
 * I have a few other concerns, but I think I should create new threads for them.
