# Shortcode is not processing

 * It seems shortcode for this plugin is not processing for me. When I put into 
   the page it just prints the shortcode.
 * when I try shortcode with `do_shortcode()` it prints blank.
 * Anyone else having this issue?

 * Only **list testimonials** shortcode and **submit testimonial** shortcodes aren’t
   working. Others works fine. I have tried changed the sortcode name to make sure
   there isn’t any conflict but results are the same.

 * Are you a Pro user, by chance? If so, send a request into our support desk @ 
   [hello@goldplugins.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/shortcode-is-not-processing/hello@goldplugins.com?output_format=md)
   and we can get the submit testimonial shortcode issue sorted out. That shortcode
   is a part of the Pro package and is contained in a separate plugin — without 
   that addon plugin the shortcode will not function.
 * I haven’t had any reports of the list testimonials shortcode not working. Do 
   you have a theme that has testimonial support, or another plugin with testimonials?
   It could be there is a shortcode conflict. In that case, we have some compatibility
   options that will allow you to change the list testimonials shortcode away from‘
   testimonials’ to something like ‘easy_testimonials’ — you can always give that
   a shot and see if it helps! If that doesn’t sound like the issue, could you send
   me a copy of the specific shortcode you are using and perhaps a link to the page
   where the issue is present? Then we can troubleshoot from there.

 * Edit: I see you’ve already tried changing the name of the shortcode, so I guess
   that isn’t it! If you can shoot me a link to the page with the shortcode in place
   and a copy of the shortcode you’re using I’ll proceed from there.

 * Thank you for replying. I am still having trouble with this as you see the problem
   is with multiple shortcodes.
 * I am not pro user btw. I will try to setup and default wp and try it again. I
   will post update here soon.

 * I have installed the plugin into two other instances. With my current theme and
   with default theme. The shortcode works fine. Something must be up with my dev
   server. Sorry for the false alarm.
