Shortcode is not working on the PRO version

Hi,

I upgraded to the Pro version of the plugin, installed it as instructed, created a gallery, and publish it. But when I copied and pasted the shortcode it gives me to the page, it does not show the gallery. It shows the title of the gallery but no pictures at all.
