# Shortcode isn´t workking

 * when I insert the shortcode (of the slider) into the page where I want him to
   be, the slider doesn´t load, just appears a grey bar with shortcode icon in it.
   
   How can solve this?

    the link
   you submitted is actually a link from the “elementor” editor. Of course when 
   you add a shortcode from our slider in the “elementor” editor that you will only
   see the gray bar and the shortcode label. To see the real slider you need to 
   go to a preview of that page you made in the “elementor” or make an update of
   that page.
 * Our slider was tested in “Elementor” and everything works normally.
 * If you have problems with the slider on a particular link please send the real
   URL, not the link from the “elementor” editor.
