# Shortcode Issue

 * Greetings, 
   I have installed this wonderful plugin and advanced through the 5
   step free plugin configurator. All good, except seeing the CSS loaded in the 
   wp-content/uploads ( maybe this is correct, idk is it? This could be the culprit,
   or something to do with my IONOS host ).Anyhow, I add the shortcode to my page
   via `do_shortcode()` and still remains invisible even though it’s there in the
   DOM. I have noticed no “Trust Index” assets loaded in the network tab either,
   should there be?Any help is really appreciated, even if pointed to any relevant
   documentation. Thank you for taking time to get this resolved!

   I’ve loaded added the following to my footer and now displays and will
   mark as resolved.
