# Shortcode layout not working

 * The drop down in the widget isn’t working, so I opted to use the shortcode, which
   is working fine, except that the layout attribute is having no effect. It only
   shows in vertical layout, even with this shortcode:
 * [shortcode-weather-atlas city_selector=2387850 layout=”horizontal” style=”float:
   right;width:200px” daily=3]
 * But when I use the the widget instead of shortcode, and set the layout to horizontal,
   it does show horizontal. But like I said, I can’t use the widget because the 
   drop down to select the city doesn’t work for me.
 * How can I get the the layout to set horizontal using the shortcode?

 * The shortcode should work properly.
 * Before diving into the deeper examination of the issue, please check what kind
   of (“) quotes you have used while setting the options.

 * Sorry. You are right. I thought I posted a comment to this ticket shortly after
   I posted it. I discovered the quotes from the copy and paste were wrong.
