# Shortcode [mailpoet_page] doesn’t render

 * Hi there,
 * I have a website based on WordPress with a Divi theme and a problem with [mailpoet_page]
   shortcode. It is the only shortcode that does not render. I tried both WordPress
   default editor and Divi builder; the same effect. It doesn’t work in preview 
   and live too. How to fix it? Is there any other option to get the URL needed 
   to unsubscribe?

 * Could you please describe what are you trying to achieve exactly? Please bear
   in mind that if you are adding the shortcode to create for instance a custom 
   Unsubscribe page… you will also need to declare that under ‘MailPoet > Settings
   > Basic…tab’
