# Shortcode not displaying

 * I created a form but it’s not showing as shortcode. When I go to create a page
   and click on the Opt in Cat icon in the page editor to select the shortcode for
   the form I created there is no option for my form or any form for that matter
   in the select drop down. I also tried looking in the ‘Publication’ section of
   the form editor but I don’t see a shortcode there either, despite there being
   one in a screenshot of the plugin page.
