# Shortcode Not Working

 * I have tried to add the shortcode [addtoany] to my pages but it never works. 
   Instead, on the front end you just see the words [addtoany]. Any explanation 
   for this!

 * It should work. Right now you have AddToAny installed on educaccess.org but apparently
   not yet enabled.
 * With AddToAny enabled, point to a page you’re using the shortcode on so folks
   here can take a look.
 * You can also try clearing your site’s cache, and temporarily disabling other 
   plugins to see if another plugin is causing an issue.

 * How do I enable the plugin? Is this different than activating it?

 * I meant “activated,” sorry to confuse. You have AddToAny activated right now,
   but the buttons are not appearing on your site.
 * Please link us to a page you’re using the shortcode on.
 * In Settings > AddToAny, which Placement options do you have checked?
 * Have you tried temporarily switching themes and/or disabling other plugins?
