paste in text mode rather than html
check your wordpress settings

Hi, thanks for the suggestions but there’s no duplicates and I also did try to paste on text not html. As I have mentioned other shortcodes work.
Hi! That might be caused by not having a function (or a plugin) to render that shortcode in the first. What shortcode are you trying to use? Is it coming from a plugin?

Hi “by not having a function” as in you suspect that contact form 7 is not installed? I can be sure that it is.
The shortcode I am trying to use:
[contact-form-7 id=”3890″ title=”Returns”]
The shortcode looks good to me but have you checked if you have the Contact Form 7 plugin installed and activated?
