This might be a theme customization issue. * But can you provide the full shortcodes that you are using here? * Also occassionally, the shortcode gets inserted into the editor with stray markup. One is working and other one is not. If its issue with shortcodes no one should work. I asked a couple questions and still need your feedback on them: * 1. Can you provide the full shortcode that you are using? That will help me understand more about how you’ve configured them, which is something I cannot do from the frontend of your site. * 2. You have a theme which is customizing our form markup — have you reached out to the theme author for support? It’s possible the theme is intefering with the shortcode somehow. * Additionally, perhaps there’s a plugin conflict of some sort. I’d suggest using the Health Check plugin to troubleshoot that. It will allow you to deactivate all plugins and put your site on a default theme ONLY for yourself — your live visitors will not see that.
