# shortcode not working

 * Hi there,
 * I’ve installed the plugin but the shortcode doesn’t seem to be working. What 
   am I missing? I’ve added the shortcode in the ‘shortcode’ block in the Gutenberg
   editor.

 * You can add it like this [starbox].
 * Make sure you activated the shortcode from Settings > Starbox

 * My oh my. For whatever reason I assumed the shortcode functionality would be 
   activated by default. Not sure why. Thanks for your quick support!
