# Shortcode not working

 * Hi, your plugin seems great for Google Reviews but I can’t get it to work. In
   Settings I can see the right reviews but the shortcode it gives me is [trustindex
   no-registration=google] and then on the page it says “ERROR @ Trustindex plugin(
   This message is not be visible to visitors in public mode.)
    Your shortcode is
   deficient: Trustindex Widget ID is empty! Example: [trustindex data-widget-id
   =”478dcc2136263f2b3a3726ff”]”
 * I can see the right reviews in the settings in the My Reviews tab, so why isn’t
   it creating the shortcode properly?
 * Can you help?

 * Thanks for your help. I checked and I’m using version 9.5.1 which it says is 
   the latest version. How can I fix this?

    If so, please disconnect. If you haven’t,

 * Hello, I have the same problem, I get the error ”
    ERROR @ Trustindex plugin (
   This message is not visible to visitors in public mode.) You have to connect 
   your business (facebook)!”, I have the plugin updated to version 9.5.1, how could
   you solve it? did you have to log in somewhere?
