 * Hello there,
 * Is there any shortcode or PHP code that I can apply to custom pages?
 * The objective here is to make a alphabetic gallery so that the person can click
   on a letter and go to a group of images.

 * 1) There are shortcodes available in Premium version to apply on custom page.
 * 2) You don’t need a Premium version for the requirement you explained here. Let
   me help you with the FREE version. Follow these steps.
 * i) Create posts/pages with the alphabet name in title and obviously image gallery
   in content editor
    ii) Assign a category to each post iii) Now use the FREE version
   with auto settings and each category page will display list of posts sorted alphabetically
   with the alphabetic pagination on top.
 * P.S. Please understand one thing, your requirement is different and this plugin
   is just for alphabetic pagination or filtering. If you will expect a listing 
   and categorization form it, you might will misunderstand it.
