# Shortcode – page down (error 500)

 * I have this website under development (RTL) and I just installed the free version
   of this plugin in order to test it before I purchase the pro version.
 * But once I updated the shortcode within the post editor and click UPDATE the 
   page change to HTTP error 500 in Back End and Front End, once I remove the shortcode
   both back to live.
 * Wordpress version 4.9.2 with Goodnews Theme (momizat.com)
 * I checked it out with your online support and they direct me to here
 * Please advise

 * I wrote back to your support 5 days ago and Im still waiting for your answer…
 * You probably saw that warning because the guys from the Theme fixed an issue 
   at the same time, I rechecked and there is no warning
 * Can you please advise ?
 * If it will works properly I will purchase the pro version – but I have to see
   it works before I do.

 * Please deactivate try with deactivating each plugin one by one and check the
