# shortcode pages

 * hi,
    I installed the plug-in in a Multisite, I created a new form, copied the
   shortcode and pasted into a page,
 * unfortunately not seeing anything, blank page,
    I tried previewing the form, 
   but it opens a pop with just the “continue editing” button,
 * I tried “How to do a plugin / theme conflict test?”
    but no result
 * some help

 * Can you please check that you’ve assigned correct User page in Ultimate member-
   > Settings -> General -> Pages.
    Do you use unique profile forms for different
   user roles?

 * hi,
 * yes I checked the User page has been assigned
    I entered the shortcode as with
   the default Forms that you see well
 * attached two images
    1 of the My Preview Form 2 that of the default Form
