 * i don’t understand where can i find this code ?
 * i don’t see any widget with the name “Formilla” and i don’t see any code under
   the settings in the admin area

   pencil) icon for your chat widget. On the very next page, you’ll notice a large
   text area with the script on the right-hand side of the page. Please email us
   at [support@formilla.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/shortcode-php-code-1/support@formilla.com?output_format=md)
   so we can provide you with specific information regarding your account since 
   this is a public forum.
