    Hello,

    Thank you for this great plugin. I would like to use the shortcode but I have a problem. The button appears fine (so the shortcode works) but when I click on it, nothing happens. I’ve also tried using the shortcode to integrate the configurator directly into a page and I’m getting a message like “Configurator loading in progress but configurator not displayed”.
    I’ve deactivated my woodmart theme and activated the default theme, but the result is identical.
    Do you have any idea what could be causing this problem?

    Another question before buying your addon to display prices: I use the wp all import plugin to update my prices. Can the price field in your plugin be populated by wp all import? The contents of the configurator all have a SKU.

    This is likely because the shortcode is not detected on the page. See this article for more info.

    Can the price field in your plugin be populated by wp all import? The contents of the configurator all have a SKU.

    You cannot currently import bulk prices or items or prices in the configurator.
    However using the Linked product add-on, each choice can be linked to an other product in the shop, and use that product’s price. So in that scenario, you should be able to use WP All import to set the new prices.
