 * Thank you for this great plugin.
 * Do you have the shortcode list of this plugin ?
 * I am using [tickets] and [ticket-form]. But I would like to have the ticket Helpdesk
   manager who manages assigned tickets from a WP page, not within admin area. So
   I need something like [ticket-list-assigned-to-me].

 * Currently, we have only this two options. But your suggestion is really interesting
   and useful. Thanks for the insight. We going to add this shortcode and following
   functionality to our backlog.
