Hey @cboyack – that’s strange, I just tried to replicate and wasn’t able to but I can obviously see the content in your screenshot and I’m using the same shortcode [give_form id="1256" show_goal="false" show_content="none"]
Could there be anything else I’m missing?

What theme are you using?
I’m wondering, if you switch to another them like a standard WordPress one if the issue continues? Are you able to test that?
