 * Just two questions. I have the Premium-Edition.
 * How can I generate a list of all Items to include on a page?
 * How can I change the detail page of an item? E.G. when I user the Categories 
   Widget.

 * Hi… I’m not 100% sure what you mean… at the moment I don’t have an option for
   listing all items, but they are a custom post type so you could create a template
   and build a query if you know how to code… could you expand on the second part
   of your question with a little more details?
