# Shortcode stopped working

 * We have been using the plugin for over 5 years, and the shortcode has just stopped
   working.
 * Specifically, [supportcandy].
 * I have updated all the software version to the latest level.
 * The database size is about 13GB now. Not sure if this is the cause.
 * PHP is 8.1
 * WordPress latest version.
 * Deactivated all the plugins.
 * Tested with Twenty Twenty-Five.
 * Nothing working.
 * Please help.
